How come the "landlady" ends up looking so different after the first few scenes and even sounds different I found it a bit off putting
Where do you put the incest patch file on an Android device?
As far as I know android version usually comes with the patch* installed. I've played quite a bunch of these kind of games and has always been like that.

It just changes the relation of MC with other characters

Same game just a lower quality of images. so the file download size should be smaller.
Compressed version is still the game but is smaller in size. And due to being compressed sometimes the images or video won't display. SOMETIMES!
