I've always liked this game... it may not be among the greatest games ever made, but it's pretty good and worth playing. It's a very old game that has been through many changes over the years. This latest version is a total revamp compared to last year's model. Graphics are way better, more animation, better fluidity with scenes, able to make blonde girl sister instead of roommate, no more clunky menu - now more refined, basically it feels like a whole new game.
Slim has abandoned this, closed his Patreon, and opened a new Patreon account. He is not interested in continuing with " The Awakening ". Unless someone else takes over with mods etc, this will not go any further.
Which truly sucks as this one had serious promise. The updates however were slower than DarkCookies updates. The development was super slow. And instead of focusing on currect interests, Slim would add new interests.

This is not true, Slim was bootet out from Patreon himself, because they dont want this adult stuff any more. After back an forth with Patreon he became his Account back, but without his Patreons and all in his account was empty.

But he got almost zero patrons, so I guess started up again on Subscriber Star. After all, if he was actually working on The Awakening while divking back and forwards with Patreon, he should have done way more content than the pissy little amount he did.
He literally stated on his new Patreon account that he abandoned The Awakening because it was too much work with the remake.
Funny how Patreon has no issue with any other developers who are making way more content and doing way more updates.

If people thought this game was abandoned or dead and so on it isn't if you go on his discord page he explained that he had personal problems that caused him to pause the development of his game he did promised he'll go back to it as soon everything is in the clear
