why cant you save knew files just has 2018 files wont let you update new one ones?

why cant you save new game files just has old ones that wont let you continue playing.

I don't know why they have so much trouble updating this game when you'll stay on top of some of the worst crap games. This game is actually kinda fun and yet it's been almost a month since the newest release came out and still nothing on here

so they completely skipped right over Alpha 14, so we don't know what is different from alpha 13. 15 seems to be mostly a bug fix?
