Well as far as I can tell, you got to all girl school, get Rough Sexd. Then just go to class everyday, weekends nothing happens at any location, you cannot go to town. And other than the Rough Sex, you just go perv (look) at the girls at night. This has to be the one of the most dull games. cheats just give max school stats that don't seem to do anything anyway.
It isnt even in version 1.0 yet so it makes sense that there are several things that aren't finished yet.
There have been at least 22 releases if the versioning makes any sense at all, and has had releases on this site for over a year. Having a more straightforward UI, better modes of exploration and interaction with the world is a perfectly reasonable expectation.
