I think its the same content. Sometimes devs release a ghost version just to keep relevance and get new people to see their stuff and (maybe) donate to their patreon.
Unless u have Read computer's hiding files, or u can't trigger her quest, ur talking's only choice is "leave".

This is ment to be v5.4 yet when i go and click on android button it is the v5.3 not .4 can u tell me if it is .3 which i already have or is it .4?, please help as am confused over this

Never heard of shost versions before usually some updates are only bugfixes and here you can check under ahngelog to see what content is new in this update.
