In the not-too-distant future, on a small island nation, a crisis has arisen in the game The Headmaster. The number of students graduating from school has fallen sharply and university places are going unfilled. Faced with the prospect of mass unemployment and potential economic disaster the government is forced to introduce emergency measures. All students over eighteen who failed or were expelled from school are to be forced back into education at a number of special facilities.
InĀ The HeadmasterĀ you play an expert in psychology with some unique ideas about how to tackle the crisis. After a demonstration of your theories at a teachers conference, you are approached by the agent of a mysterious organisation. He invites you to interview for the position of headmaster (principal) at one of the newly founded schools for over eighteen-year-olds. Keen to prove yourself and your theories you gladly accept.
Using your unique disciplinary methods you must turn a whole school of delinquent young women into hard-working and obedient students. Things will not be easy for you. You must win your colleagues to your side, cater to the unusual demands of the school's owners and deal with a troublesome government inspector.

This update adds around 20K words, 450 renders and 48 video files. So although it's a relatively small update in terms of word count it's very densely packed with images and animations, with lots of sexy fun to be had.
The main addition to 0.16.4 is an extra level for Liz in her punishment system as well as the introduction of a new outfit for Miss Newman (as voted for in our last Mykock Manor Poll). We'll also wrap up the streaking storyline from the last update with a group public punishment.
Following on from Lucy's latest scene in the headmasters office, she will now offer oral services at the headmaster's house on Saturday mornings. The scene will play out quite differently depending on your previous choices, with different options for the kind and dominant paths. Although, it's still possible to see (almost all) of the new animations regardless of which route you're on, so donāt stress too much about seeing all the options.
I've also added four extra lunchtime events where we see the girls using the new shower facilities and wearing the new cafeteria uniforms. There is even a little risky action with Liz under the table. Ada can be spotted taking pictures in the cafeteria as well and you can view the pictures using the spyware on the headmasterās computer.
Also as an extra little bonus there are two new episodes of the girls favourite TV show, written and rendered entirely by our animator Gegecucu. Visit the dorms on Sunday evening to watch them with the girls.

Headmaster is about the 32nd Top Rated game out of 2,536 on this site. Yet they never fucking update it to the latest version. v14.3 is out now but Fap-Nation is still titting about with v13.2. Pathetic really.
What I admire most in a good story is the dialogue and behavior of the protagonists. Does, say, Maxine, in the fundraiser event in Update 14.3, really behave the way I would expect her to? Yes, she does, and in the process overcomes all boundaries quite incidentally. And in the process, the school develops steadily, the level of casual nudity increases more and more without being repulsive.
For me, "The Headmaster" is by far the best game on this site. Of course, that's a matter of taste. But you'll have to try hard to find a game that has better logic, more lovable characters, or more original ideas.
Surely written by an actual headmaster who had all these master plans but couldn't undertake them owing to the tiny thing called reality! Hats off to the creator, really!
It's not original, Japanese tyranny is kinda trope, but, yes, the girls are likeable, which is why I didn't like playing the fascist bastard enslaving them.
Progression locked, mini game bonanza, working to max your stats, no sex, spanking just a game of shaming that serves no purpose since there are no real consequences. Hopping around the map to unlock locations, which require story progression which is shoved under mini games. Which unlock into more spanking and options for spanking and that's about it. Wait till next dead drop update that repeats the same formula.
You know - instead of bubbling nonsense try to play the game. It would really help you out of your envy and misery.

Can't believe this game is still incomplete after so many years. Game creator is really take their own sweet time to make this game.
Make a game yourself, small team or whatever you want. Needs to be in par with this game, in terms of writing and CG quality, and have it done in 5 months. Go on, I'll wait.

Meh, five years for a game that big with such a small team really isn't that egregious. The problem is that updates keep taking longer. At the start, we were getting updates every two months, now it nearly takes a year.
Even if I'm personally not happy that the intervals between releases are getting longer and longer, it seems to be normal. Whether you look at "Summertime Saga", "Where the Heart Is", "A House in the Rift", "Eternum", "Harem Hotel" or "Waifu Academy", it's actually the same everywhere: These games have been in development for many years. It's almost a bad sign when a game is finished after just one or two years.
There are reasons for this:
1.) Loyal fan base, the developer earns good money from it. He deserves it.
2) Complex Ren'Py: I'm not a programmer, but the bigger a game gets, the more difficult it seems to be to make expansions. If anyone here is familiar with the pitfalls of Ren'Py, I would be happy to hear an explanation as to why this is the case.
That's why I think it's a shame when developers like Altos, who do great work, are vilified across the board.
