you might need to check the hall during the day and she will race the hall hurting faye you need the cane and the chastity belt to complete the quest or if you punish her for racing the hall she will give you a horse prop to hit her with then you can continue with her quest but the cane is after you implement punish the girls yourself first your the only one who can give the cane
and you need debbie as prefect to help the chastity quest
