I just explained it couple of months ago. This is a adult RPG game that focuses on more current affairs of the game's events more than people want their dick wet. It is an RPG where you're expected to change the world with outcome of your efforts. Many Generic RPG games fail to manage this level of world building and player effects. This is not a porn game, but a game with porn included.
