I'm not the Dev, just a big fan of his game. And there are plenty of us. Bearing in mind I'm making these comments on an NTR game, which is as far away from 'A Wife and Mother', as it's possible to get, So I obviously enjoy games where the protagonist is a total slut. And yet I also enjoy 'A Wife and Mother', which is total tease. Some of us are sophisticated enough to appreciate different ways of getting turned on, and some of us aren't
Going by the comments, in a lot of NTR games, I'd say quite a few. A lot of guys who play female protagonist games, try to imagine that the male npc is actually the protagonist. And often ask that the Dev change the game, so that it's possible for that NPC to avoid NTR scenario's.
It's not uncommon in the early stage of games for the MC not to have a lot of sex, or even no sex. In 'Anna Exciting Affection', where she now has sex about 4-5 times in every day, it took well into the second week, before she had sex with anyone but her boyfriend. And she only fucked him twice.
