My pc can never open those .rar files, someone knows why ?
In order to get RPG maker to run, You need to download RPG RTP before it will work.
That's total crap. You only need RTP if you're creating a game using RPG maker. You certainly don't need it to play one
try to extract it with 7-zip it works for me most of the time instead of winrar
