anyone know how to advance in the game? I think I already have everything done. I have a lot of money saved, in cash and in the account. But I can't get to the next district. I have everything to the maximum, both my daughter and my wife, even the girl from the movies. There are no new animations and I can't buy the house in the next district. I have everything done with the work on the farm and in the garbage collector but there is nothing new.

You need to take whisky, beer and cole a couple of nights until apear the message of end event... then the waiter speak to you. You pay 1000 novos and you can join that party.
