There's still no District 2, unless Marcus wants u to help him with a friend of his. You visit him till he introduces you to a bald guy and then u keep visiting Marcus (3-4 in-game weeks) till he says u can use His cycle to help his friend Out. That's all 'District 2' I've seen in the game.
