In The Promise you play as a man in his mid forties who has given his family a lot of promises.
And now itās time to follow up on them. You must work hard and make many
decisions for your life. And those will have influence on others, as well.
The game is created with RenāPy and features 3D renders and animations made in
DAZ Studio 3D. The game has an individual main story (The Promise) and a global
main story. (But you donāt have to follow it, if you donāt like it). There are
many side stories and smaller events, based on your decisions. It is possible
that you close a route or get a different outcome.
There are some hidden stats for triggering certain situations and stats showing
per example the corruption of your wife. You will have to raise corruption and
the relationships with your family to get certain events and more.
The game will have different endings for each character. Many things will be
influenced by what you do. Many things are possible. You can have an affair,
cheat, or live in absolute love with your wife. You can make her more open for
other things and more. But be careful with your decisions - it is possible that
the situation gets out of control. The game will be a combination of grinding
and on time and choices depending situations.

Good Lord, people! Play through 0.79 and get to the shower scene with Dad and "STEP DAUGHTER"!!! He wants to figure out a way to tell her she is his step daughter, and not his blood daughter, so he can fuck her lights out!!! Porking someone who is not a blood relative is NOT INCEST!!! One person above is absolutely correct. It will probably be another ten years before you get to do her.
Maybe its just me, but this one has me not knowing what to do each update or how to advance the development of the characters. Maybe I'm just doing it wrong, Im not sure what the money game is or with the jobs to make any real money or if it is a part of the game anyway. Too many blind corners.
The money called Novos. You can catch a job, learn fishing for example to get money.
For the charakters you can help in the houshold or buy gifts for example.
I get all of that, it seems a bit too grindy for me with not much in result or direction. As i said before I see there are too many blind corners and mostly stumbling through the story. It makes it hard for me to keep downloading updates for this project.
