For example, In the beginning, right before you visit the father's company. Several prompts pop up. I feel like maybe that's not needed at that. Turn off the alarm, check the clock, drink OJ, brush teeth, and go front door, etc. those prompts.

With most of them, you will be able to decide whether you want to fuck them or not. But you won't be able to decide with 2 or 3 main characters, because it makes everything far too complicated.
I think it's really important that players can decide who they want to have an affair with and who they don't. But there shouldn't be too much work involved, like if the main character has a threesome. Otherwise, the main character would only have sex with one person, which would result in two parallel sex scenes. Since these scenes result in more rendering work anyway, I would like to avoid this.
