Look carefully at your top middle screen.
You know can press 'X' at the end certain topic to remove the reminder, so when working a job with a certain lvl range you will get a notice to see the boss and it will be a 'V' yes it looks like letter V for Venus but its an ARROW for you to click.
Choose properly as its mostly pay/job upgrade.

For Nurse last job promotion, just choose to use it on yourself as for now its the only time i know can upgrade your boobs to max other than looking for the VIP girl. But overall all if you don't use it on yourself you will still move on to promotion test. Do make sure you max out blow job and got a decent amout of anal.

Thereās a fun glitch in the game where some nights, if you go the Menās Locker Room are the Gym while sissy and horny enough usually later in the evening, and event pops up where you can increase your handjob skill on a guy (and/or blowjob if itās already Lvl 10), and the button clicks to gym, locker room, and event to not advance the clock, so you can hit level 40 HJ and BJ in an evening. Be sure youāve been eating those popsicles while horny up to that point tho.
