Please keep in mind this is a real-time 3D it will need a decent GPU. On low-end machines it may work slowly or doesn't work at all.

Some users experience pink/magenta glitch in the game. This is caused by old/low-end graphics cards. A hardware upgrade is recommended.

Dump Current - Save game logic to a SCENENAME.dmp file for the current scene (saves to: .TheTwist_Data...) as plaintext.
Dump All - Attempts to load and dump every scene in the game, (this might take awhile depending on system specs)

Prompts for a value when the game does a random roll, this is what decides who visits during the night scenes etc (requires knowledge of Scene Dumps to use effectively)

Increases the speed that the text is written to the dialogue box during scenes to near instant

Keep the game running when not in focus

Hit F9 to toggle the menu.

This game is impossible without the walkthrough and cheating, literally spend days of your life clicking everything and checking every room at every time.. how would you possibly be able to figure out to steal Emma's necklace without the walkthrough?. Really poor design when you absolutely need a walkthrough like that. even with the tips/tasks icon half the time you end up repeating tasks to try to increase score but cant and have no idea what the next step is. why overcomplicate it like that?
ya even with the walkthrough the game is painfully slow and takes a lot of irl time with little payoff beside repeatable scenes.
too many story-lines depend on starting or being part of another story line. must be at point X with person Y before you can start the story with person A C and D even though the people are completely separate paths and not linked in any real way. just remove the sex and turn this into a puzzle game because this game is completely confusing and un-fappable.
To those who can't save the without sign in, apply this crack into the "managed" folder, then run the game and click the sign in. It should work now.

when will this game will end. i found this game 3 yrs ago i guess. at least dev seperate the game into series or episodes. how many time should u download the whole 2gb+ just to play from the last saved point.
Tolle Charaktere aber das Spiel entwikelt sich zu langsam und wenn was neues kommt ist es zu wenig, und die Geschichte geht auch nicht wirklich weiter.
