Please keep in mind this is a real-time 3D it will need a decent GPU. On low-end machines it may work slowly or doesn't work at all.
Use 16:9 aspect ratio screen resolutions (such as 1280x720, 1920x1080 and so on) to avoid issues.
Some users experience pink/magenta glitch in the game. This is caused by old/low-end graphics cards. A hardware upgrade is recommended.

Dump Current - Save game logic to a SCENENAME.dmp file for the current scene (saves to: .TheTwist_Data...) as plaintext.
Dump All - Attempts to load and dump every scene in the game, (this might take awhile depending on system specs)

Prompts for a value when the game does a random roll, this is what decides who visits during the night scenes etc (requires knowledge of Scene Dumps to use effectively)
InstantText:
Increases the speed that the text is written to the dialogue box during scenes to near instant
RunInBackground:
Keep the game running when not in focus

Hit F9 to toggle the menu.

Anyone know what one is supposed to do with the Necessary Patch? Where to place it and what it does?
its for the Cracked:You need to extract the file āAssembly-CSharp.dllā, using something like 7zip
Then place āAssembly-CSharp.dllā in the following folder, replacing the file thatās already there
"TheTwist040FinalTheTwist_DataManaged" afterwards, run the game and click connect.
on a sidenote, whenever to download a file , make sure you delete the string of numbers before the actual file name."for example ā825694_0.40Final_Assembly-CSharp.rarā
delete ā825694_āand youāll have the real file name.
where do you place the save file?
Search in C: LocalLow then the Folder KsTgames. Save your first SaveGame as the second. So that you can use your new SaveGame.

The Hospital has a "no return" glitch. The pharmacy BDSM has multi scene all in one issue...
Fuck adding new scenes dude, just give us the old game coz at least that didn't have any of these problems!

KsT has no plans to convert to android or optimize this game, a few more updates and its done. He has been working on his new game (I've played an early demo), which is optimized with better graphics.
I select Pool, and yet I go to the LR. Yeah. Navigation is fun.
