You can download just about anything to android, however your ability to run a game like this that is heavy in 3d graphics is severely limited by power saving hardware that android uses.

You can download just about any game to android, however the trick is playing it. This game can run some high end video cards a bit warm, what makes you think the low power consumption hardware that android typically runs on will be playable?
Android typically doesn't have the high end hardware that this game can cook video cards on.
