I think it can be a bit convoluted at times, but the gameplay is pretty good. That being said, I really don't like the demonic chick raping you all the time.
The hotter she gets the more fun her scenes are. Personally it is my favorite part of the game but I remember the first time playing it was disturbing and the funny and then actually cool.
