MAC: Right click on Game.app and choose "Show Package Contents"
Go to Resources > app.nw
Replace config.set file with patch (after making a backup)
Launch game.
When the game says you have an altered file and asks you if you want to change it back say no.
Save Location:
Windows:Ā The save files are located in: \Users\<Your User Name>\AppData\Local\User Data.
Linux:Ā ~/.config/KADOKAWA/RPGMV
Mac:Ā Users/Username/Library/Application Support
Android:Ā The save files are in android/data but are only accessible in rooted phones.
Is the game far from the end? What percentage of the game is available in this version?
You can always know the answer the number of the build, for example, this one is "40071" so it is around 40% complete. I'm waiting for the full game since I don't want to keep starting over and over again
the games version number rougly refers to the percentance of the game, meaning if you complete all the content in this games version the ingame safe screen will tell you something around 40% completion so you can expect alot of content coming for this still

why do you restart after every update ? iv never had to restart the game after a update
maybe you are not copying your saves in the new folder, in my case sometimes the new version recognize my saves if they are in another folder, sometimes i have to copy them in the new folder
At least with the Ren'py games the saves gets stored in two places, game directory and:
C:Users"your username"AppDataRoamingRenPy"name of the game"
Most people don't delete these files because they don't know about them and this way in most cases you can continue your game in the next update even after deleting the game.
