PC: config.set file goes in the Treasure_of_Nadia_-_PC-v.XXXXX\www folder
MAC: Right click on Game.app and choose "Show Package Contents"
Go to Resources > app.nw
Replace config.set file with patch (after making a backup)
Launch game.
When the game says you have an altered file and asks you if you want to change it back say no.
Save Location:

It makes Janet into Henry's mom, and Kaley into Henry's sister. It isn't necessary unless you want to play with those particular relationships. It isn't even officially sanctioned by NLT ( since it breaks Patreon rules). Bear in mind though that NLT's last game 'Lust Epidemic' started out with incest content, so maybe while they don't officially condone the incest patch. Unofficially they made it real easy for someone else to make one, and add it to the game.
