Taboo patch is already available for download: replace the file config.set in /resources/app.nw with the one in the incest patch zip file and voila, Bob's your uncle (rather, Janet is your Mom and Kaley is your sister ;-)).
Not that it matters much at this stage, but it probably will a lot of updates from now.
P.S. the path for the file to replace is from the Mac version, hope it's the same on the PC version
