Go into Estero park, take the path to the left to enter that side of the park. Look up you will find a key. Next, go to Estero Key where you will see Alia dancing which triggers a dialogue. Follow her to her secret place for more dialogue (and a pirate's coin). You should see a chest in the upper right screen. Go unlock it to get the kamasurtra page.
