MAC: Right click on Game.app and choose "Show Package Contents"
Go to Resources > app.nw
Replace config.set file with patch (after making a backup)
Launch game.
When the game says you have an altered file and asks you if you want to change it back say no.
Save Location:
Windows:Ā The save files are located in: \Users\<Your User Name>\AppData\Local\User Data.
Linux:Ā ~/.config/KADOKAWA/RPGMV
Mac:Ā Users/Username/Library/Application Support
Android:Ā The save files are in android/data but are only accessible in rooted phones.

I think this is about Patreon guidelines, which forbids to supply actual incest content. So the creators in the community change all textlines which imply such a relationships to "Step"-Mom, "step"-sis etc or change the story so thats "the best friend of the family" which the the mc knew since the early days. The most Taboo Patches on this side just provide a change in those lines to what is "really" meant.
