PC: config.set file goes in the Treasure_of_Nadia_-_PC-v.XXXXX\www folder
MAC: Right click on Game.app and choose "Show Package Contents"
Go to Resources > app.nw
Replace config.set file with patch (after making a backup)
Launch game.
When the game says you have an altered file and asks you if you want to change it back say no.

You should know by now. If a Dev provides updates more regularly, the ingrates on this site just assume they should be getting updates even more regularly than that. They are never satisfied
Hey Mr Dev, do you realise I've been waiting 1 hour, since I finished the last update. When am I gonna be able to carry on playing your crappy game? If I don't get the next update in the next few minutes, you won't get a cent from me. Not that you'll be getting money anyway. I expect to get this game for nothing, and you should be grateful that I'm playing at all, having to wait more than an hour for updates. How crazy is that?

Unfortunately, I have big problems with the videos of this game. Though I can read them in the game's folder, in game they slow down and the game stops. I had not this problem in Lust Epidemic, so this is a bit disappointing.
