MAC: Right click on Game.app and choose "Show Package Contents"
Go to Resources > app.nw
Replace config.set file with patch (after making a backup)
Launch game.
When the game says you have an altered file and asks you if you want to change it back say no.

You need damaged boots, leather gloves, shoe glue and shoe laces. Damaged Boots are in lighthouse basement, shoe laces in the bathroom at Janet's house, Pricia will give you leather gloves to plant ginseng in her garden, and you buy the shoe glue from the store. Make them at native shrine in cave.
After playing Lust Epidemic, I'm stoked to see what this sequel has to offer. Judging from the images posted, they've improved the quality of the character rendering based from the trailer at the end of Lust Epidemic.
