MAC: Right click on Game.app and choose "Show Package Contents"
Go to Resources > app.nw
Replace config.set file with patch (after making a backup)
Launch game.
When the game says you have an altered file and asks you if you want to change it back say no.

Guys, the quality of this game is very high, give it a try, there's more voice acting and a lot more of girls we can interact, also the plot i thing is very unique. And for those asking if is necessary play Lust Epidemic first, is not necessary, you can encounter glimpses here and there from Lust Epidemic but this is a new story. Is the first relase so don't expect a lot of content yet.
