User account system is currently in public beta testing phase. Bugs, inconsistencies and features not working as intended are to be expected.
It doesn't make any difference to saving. The game is simply informing you, it has detected a modification, that wasn't made by the Devs. If it came across some other change, that wasn't officially supported, it would say exactly the same thing. When that pop-up appears, the save has already been made. Just try to load, and you'll see the new save

The one on the right is off. That's where the camera base and screws are located. The one on the left, is for a future part of the game
A lot of people on here, are only bothered about the sex scenes. The intricasies of the story are irrelevant, so don't expect any praise for the Dev's efforts, if it doesn't involve fap material
He means to comments. You see it a lot on games (in particular Milfy City), where like, six guys just show up and shit all over the game because they got so annoyed at having to wait a bit for the creator to get his shit in order. They downvote comments, and try to give the game fewer stars.
Really it's not a huge issue, and I would personally recommend just trying out the game yourself. Or, ask people for their opinions: nobody will direct you to a shitty game.
Yeah, really good game so far. But I think it isn't even in its 20% so it could be disappointing if you want to know more about the story and watch some more spicy sex scenes, anyway, I have faith on this creator, he's a genius 3d animator. I strongly recommend you to play its prequel, "Lust Epidemic", if you haven't played it.
