I couldn't find anything about the patch, it's replacing the text, but nothing changes.

If you are not in fantasy, this is not your game. At this point not so much sex scenes and mostly with ogres, orcs, ghosts and other fantasy characters.
If you are in fantasy, this story is far from being boring and besides some typos it is written very well - but as I am not a native English speaker, I might be wrong here.
I came for the adult stuff and stayed for the story.
This was ok, but if you like a fantasy porn and rpg's, Peasant's Quest has more lewd scenes with both humans and typical humanoid races of fantasy rpg. Plus you can make females pregnant several times.
Peasant's Quest tho, all the women have nasty meat curtains that dangle between their legs like a minature dong
