The android ports can't be compressed to go under 2GB anymore, and APKs above 2GB would fail to install thanks to android's new policies.
To continue making android ports beyond the 2GB size limit, some of the game's assets need to be stored at an alternate location.
Please follow these instructions to ensure a seamless experience, without any crashes or bugs:
Updating from a working install of v1.15:
->Install 1.17 standalone/update APK (same branch as the 1.16 install)
-> Unzip 1.17 RPAs, and copy it's contents to - Internal Storage/Documents/Syko134/com.syko134.troubleinparadise/game
-> Download and paste base.rpa to the same location - Internal Storage/Documents/Syko134/com.syko134.troubleinparadise/game
This file will remain unchanged in future versions. No need to download again with each update!
->Ensure the following files are present in the folder:
base.rpa
113.rpa
114.rpa
115.rpa
116.rpa
1.17.rpa
thumbs.rpa
Fresh install:
-> Install the base APK
-> Open the app, and grant storage permissions. Don't load the game yet.
(A Play Protect pop-up might appear during the install, saying the app is unsafe. This is because the app targets an older android version. The app is safe.)
-> Unzip 1.17 RPAs, and download base.rpa, 113.rpa, 114.rpa, 115.rpa and 116.rpa from below
-> Copy/Move the RPAs from the 1.17 zip, base.rpa ,113.rpa, 114.rpa, 115.rpa and 116.rpa to - Internal Storage/Documents/Syko134/com.syko134.troubleinparadise/game

Didn't really get into this game. But I do appreciate how hard the dev has worked on making it. The sex is pretty dull, and the main focus is on story. And that is ok if you like to read a lot of text... I will if the characters and story are interesting... to me this was not.
When you play this game, and get hooked to the STORY more than the sex scenes.....and look forward to updates cause you want to see how the STORY goes....you know they're doing something right.

Nice story??? really? Most of the time you are getting yelled at by half of the girls in the story, you are screwed over by a couple of girls. You have "powers" that are useless. If I was the MC, I would just move away, go to some other country, change my name and start a new life. NONE of the girls are worth taking.
FYI if you like story over lewd content then this is really for you. I did not really find the story all that interesting, mostly bunch of young people just talking about day to day life. The MC is the typical goody two shoe type of guy, always super nice to most everyone. The sex in the game is pretty generic type of stuff you see in most of these games, and the scenes are usually pretty short.
You date a bunch of girls but there is no harem tag, so guess you will have to make a choice at the end (I didn't finish the game) Game does not really give you many choices.
in the end I would give the game a 2.5 stars, it is ok.
I played to the current end. Game has the Harem tag in most site, just this one didn't give it for some reason. It's DEFINITELY Harem though. You end up with ALL the girls, they know it, they don't care if they share you, as long as they get you themselves. Had a nice big group sex scene late in the game where you're with most of the girls you know.
And then after 2 years milking... only GAY PEEP HAREM.
And Zero MFFF.
