I am not new to Mac. The App has some serious mistake! Looks like it doesn't have permissions to run but even "chmod" in the Terminal doesn't solve the problem.

Correction: "chmod" does help! I just used it wrong. Google for "application doesn't open mac" and search for "chmod" instructions!
