Twinewood is a mostly linear visual novel experience told through the first person. Find yourself in the shoes of a 19 year old man (Name of your choice), moving away from home for the first time to a brand new town on the forefront of inter-kingdom diversity. Cultures collide in the game's modern fantasy setting, embracing slightly absurd, lewd and sometimes even dark themes in an attempt to tell an enticing and arousing tale shrouded in magic and mystery.
Over the course of the story youāll build a relationship with a wide cast of women such as Chloe, the adorable nerdy goblin, and Gaia, the tomboyish beastkin and eventually find yourself with a big harem of intimate connections to share on your journey into the mysteries surrounding the strange magical power youāve stumbled your way into.
This game is very explicit and definitely not for anybody under the age of 18. It doesnāt take itself too seriously and has a big emphasis on monster girls, casual nudity and exhibitionism.

Already lost interest just reading the description mentioning linear visual novel.
Call me jaded but kinetic or linear novel, usually means clicking for hours through seemingly endless "set up" and no pay off, or rushed vanilla sex scenes that you can easily miss by blinking. Made worse when the dev disables the skip button.
Nice to see that the dev has actually mentioned it though, so many just say visual novel and you're left guessing if it is a game/choice based or kinetic.
Don't get me wrong there are some good ones out there that get a decent balance between story and fap material, but if you're a dev and want to go down the large harem route, probably better to do a choice based novel, rather than making the player click through hours of fluff in a linear story. (Yes I can see the comments now, "Oh but I love clicking through hours of story.")
Also choice based gives the player a chance to avoid some fetishes if they don't want to see them, and makes it more re playable.

Not bad. I like the implication that the MC may be able to awaken the girls powers, so its not just about him becoming OP. I also liked Lia, cool idea, and the Goblin, Chloe, is very sweet and naughty. One thing that is missing is the ability to say no to any of the interactions. For example, saying no to the Witches. I understand that this would pretty much destroy the story as it is written but I would appreciate it anyways. I give this one 3 stars.
Okay, thatās what I was the most worry about. It says that the VN is "mostly linear", but this not necessarily always apply to whom we can engage in a relationship and have sex with (f.e.: in some rare game, engaging in a relationship with a character is entirely optional as donāt impact the story itself ; itās like a side quest).
Anyway, this game is missing the Kinetic tag.
