in most games, its mostly graphics more blured or in lower resolution
Lots of endings apparently.
In gameplay... none. But in image quality and file size there's a lot of difference. That's what compressed means, is not any kind of special version.

It's not the final version, it's version 0.99.11 but there is also a newer version 1.0 with an ending for Irina.
Just read walkthrough. But this is most "vanilla" char in game.
