No Joe it is not. If having a MC in college trying to bang everything in a skirt makes this a rip off....I can name a dozen games that predate BAD that would make IT a rip off.
They are both set in college, but I actually like the characters the main character generally interacts with in this game, instead of a constant stream of unlikeable generic douchebags like in "Being A DIK".
Being set in a University, with MC being a new student, doesn't make it a ripoff of Being a Dik. There's literally no other similarities.
