This game started off well enough on its initial release , but after numerous updates, im going to say this game has lost alot of its promise. You have to start from the beginning and play for hours just to grind the one new h-scene. Not worth it.
Side note: apparently this game is slowly starting to add NTR, I didnt play this update, but im sure the comments are true. This game previously had some of the "cuck" fetishes, such as pissing, foot fetishes, and female-domination.
