I'm confused on the Purity Corruption thing. Do you have to commit to one or the other or can you just max both somehow and still get everything?
It's only a cosmetic difference really. Changes what they say during sex and sorta changes the tone of whether you're seducing them or they're seducing you. Any time you want, you can change it either by giving different answers when talking to them or using a cheat.
corruption is basically Like mind breaking/Netoring them and purity is influencing them to fall in love with you, either way it all leads to 100% which is true corruption where they would do something they were normally ashamed of.
Looks like the blackmail routes for Sarah and Ms Amos are still broken. Well, definitely Sarah, not 100% on Ms Amos yet.
Yep, both still broken, but if you start the blackmail route and use the cheat to unlock scenes, you can view them that way. Can't actually progress though.

You can record your mother in the morning (need DIY tools to make holder) if she's at lvl 4 (Corrupt). You don't sell the video. You upload it to your computer's paymeon (s'what it's called in-game)
How do I access to the underworld? Im doing mom`s quest and cant continue because I need to enter there.
If you mean the point where you couldn't fuck her quite yet, you had to talk to Jake then go to the grocery store. After you've gotten the peppers, give them to mom in afternoon. It won't work and demon chick will give you demon peppers in your room (may not appear until following day). Give those to mom and she'll fuck you that night.
