your suppose to do everything in the Outworld . too get to out world you have to meet Neela after the sisters school is finished and after sleep and it will give you an option to enter the Outworld. After completing it, you will see the demon naked but no sex with her yet

The game is really unstable. It crashes for absolutely no reason.

The Patreon page went down because it violated it's rule, specifically having shota content in it, but don't worry! The game should release at the beginning of October, and it's also gonna be the final one, so which means it'll be completed...
