its a shame, this game is great but the bugs are dragging it down
i never had much problems with the bugs just some scenes didnt show. The biggest bug was i think the 3rd place you went where that girl ghost chases you, if you got caught and didnt save before you did that the red spheres would disappear.

Get medicine cabinet key downstairs and then medicine from second floor bathroom
for that also you need to progress with some of the story as well, the game has very few bugs that will ruin the game but those only happen later on i suggest when u get further in the sleep world you save everytime and every room
how can i finish the quest in the otherworld - I'm inside the dark room
Be careful when you fight the final boss.
Be sure to do it on a school day (mon-fri).
If you fight the boss and win on the weekend, you go through the epilogue. But part of it takes you to school, where on a weekend it plays the "wait, it's the weekend, what am I doing here?" Text before glitching and making progression impossible.

After u read text that u need key, u must go back to courtyard and go to the upper right door and there it is on the table.
