The dev included options prior to playing the game to filter out fetishes your don't want to see in the game. Calling the game 'gay' probably means you might be some kid, still trying to finger-pop 'Becky' across the street to get some pussy-stink on your finger, so you can go brag to your other little dry dick friends and let them get a smell.

Yes, there is an option in the beginning of the game (I think option menu), you can filter out gay, futa and other fetishes.
