it was made in a super ancient shitty "baby's first video game maker" called RPGM, which is just shit. it is locked to super low resolution and also 4x3 aspect ratio. so if you go to full screen it will turn all squares into rectangles.
Because RPGM is shit, it is impossible to update older games to newer versions of the engine. instead you must reboot the game in the new engine.
