I can't play. an error message comes up that says "RPGVXAce RTP is required to run this game." How do I fix this?

After the bar incident, I assume the AI of the main character is trying to exit the bar. But it takes one step more to the RIGHT before going down (towards the exit), it misses the exit door and continues to go down in to the wall. I can't move because it is a cutscene and no other inputs work.
why the censorship?? is not the whole point of games to be uncensored??
Is there a way to make this run on mobile??

Can you guys please fix the problem after the bar h scene (after completing the 1st temple) where the sprite steps one more step missing the exit?? Can't really move and been doing shits to avoid triggering the event... Stuck at this and can't go move forward from the story :'(
