Your mother died several years ago and your father has recently died (Happy start, right ?). You are returning to your childhood home to visit your deceased mother's best friend Monica and Monica's two daughter's whom you grew up.
You haven't seen them in several years (for reasons explained in the game). In addition to these three ladies, there'll be plenty of other characters in play (friends, foes, neighbors, stalkers and the "Coffee-Shop Girl").
Now go ring the doorbell. Monica and the rest of the ladies are waiting...
"Where the Heart is" is a first-person POV adult adventure where you control the Male Main Character. There will lots of female characters (primary characters and supporting characters) to seduce / romance / reject / be rejected by (Remember: You can always reload)
There will be some minor / major plot storylines with a primary focus on conversation based choices & action based choices.
Some characters will be easier/harder to "crack" and some relationships will be a slow-burn romance (or corruption) while others will be a quick passionate affair (or rejection).
It's up to you to get the required results by figuring out what characters like or don't like and making the right choices to get there.

There is no guarantee that there is a harem ending to this game. There are likely ways to get various combinations of girls in the game, but I doubt it's possible to get a happy ending with all off them. It may not be possible to get more than one of Monica, Katie, and Jenna.
Add option to download update only pls, like The Genesis Order or smth.

So I played through this from the star again, this time deliberately avoiding romancing any woman that wasn't either Monica or Zarah (even Zarah in chapter 22). Seemed to work out and definitely made it so much easier/less stressful to navigate relationships through the later chapters.
In fact I got the feeling that some scenes were designed with such a strong assumption that the player would try for a Harem that they seems incomplete or that the MC had no real reason to be there.
For example the scene in the beach house with Katie, Lilly and Debbie. To me it seemed like Debbie didnt really need the MCs help to start a relationship with Lilly, especially once Katie knew about it.
After completing Chapter 22, I now think that Bella is Dizzy. She's lying about Elaine, trying to trick the MC into believing Elaine is the villain.
It could still be Jolina, but when I had the MC reject Jolina it seemed like she was removed from the story. Of course that could be a good way to remove her from suspicion, so she's still on my list of suspects. Just not at the top anymore.
I've been suspecting Bella since chapter 17, I think. It's been a while, anyway.
Like you, I started a parallel playthrough chasing only Jenna and Jolina, (and fooling around with Debbie), and I agree that it makes everything so much simpler.
Like in real life, the fewer women you chase the lower your chances of being murdered with a chainsaw in your sleep.
Hahaha! Trudat! I also suspected Bella ealier on, I just suspected Jolina more until now.
