I downloaded this yesterday and saw the unfinished black screens people are describing. I just downloaded the new version today and Chapter 11 is now finished. So you just need to download it again. I'm not sure about the Windows version since I'm on a Mac.
try to use the compressed download, then use an app to extract the files. use Rar zip extractor pro on the files
