Whenever it says "Episode 15" it really just means the 15th version of the game, every episode is always included.
You really don't need a walkthroug if you haven't fucked up royally throughout the game. Your scores actually can't be perfect, as long as your kinda close? You'll be fine.
Yes it's literally impossible, if your Relationship points are perfect? Then the Lust points wouldn't be. So you have to just make a choice. And is long as your like within 10-15 points your fine. And me personally I always went with Lust vs Relationship.
You can't, it's impossible, sometimes if you want lust points up you have to not get relationship points and the same with the opposite.
