Your mother died several years ago and your father has recently died (Happy start, right ?). You are returning to your childhood home to visit your deceased mother's best friend Monica and Monica's two daughter's whom you grew up.
You haven't seen them in several years (for reasons explained in the game). In addition to these three ladies, there'll be plenty of other characters in play (friends, foes, neighbors, stalkers and the "Coffee-Shop Girl").
Now go ring the doorbell. Monica and the rest of the ladies are waiting...
"Where the Heart is" is a first-person POV adult adventure where you control the Male Main Character. There will lots of female characters (primary characters and supporting characters) to seduce / romance / reject / be rejected by (Remember: You can always reload)
There will be some minor / major plot storylines with a primary focus on conversation based choices & action based choices.
Some characters will be easier/harder to "crack" and some relationships will be a slow-burn romance (or corruption) while others will be a quick passionate affair (or rejection).
It's up to you to get the required results by figuring out what characters like or don't like and making the right choices to get there.

Does anyone know what engine cheeky gimp uses to make this game? I'm honestly considering creating my own. I'm not a pro at game designing but how much skill does it take exactly to render and animate some of these scenes?
This is one of the best and my number 1 visual novel to date. If i could earse my memory i would play this over and over and over again. Cheeky Gimp did a great job and i wish to continue playing this game.
I hope he gets on his feet soon.

glad to see that CheekyGimp is working on chapter 21, it might take a couple of months to get it, but in my opinion this is the best adult game out there
the people you see up there which is how they are supposed to look you will not get the same image when you play the game. Because Debbie eyes are blue but when you play the game now her eyes are brown. So can someone please tell me what's going on? They are killing the best game ever on here
yous a detail freak man, who cares for debbies eyecolor, even though i could swear shes blue. i got only eyes for jolina, looks like my ex (way smaller tits, but same face. fuccin whore) jolina is the most beautiful character in any game. maybe olivia from saviour comes close. WTHI is a masterpiece. i hope i get some revenge on that thunderstormwitch monica, ugly frump. i knew, this game is IT, when i started it more than 2y ago and directly went into sniffing monicas ass on the stairs hahahaha

Does Jolina seem a little crazy to you? Not a lot, but seems like a little something off on that lady. Def. not as off as the religious lady, that lady is scary.
I just looked, and in both the first scene with her at the pool and the scene at the beach house, Debbie's eyes are grey.
There could be continuity errors that give her blue or brown eyes in other scenes, but in those two at least, they're definitely grey, as they are in the banner above.

No updates on the release date yet. The team is working on it again, so they're making progress, but no date.
I'm guessing they lost a month or a little more due to CheekyGimp's medical issues, so I'm not expecting another update before early December. I hope it comes sooner, but I'll take it when it comes. It's always worth the wait.

Other devs should take notice of this game. It's by far one of the best out there in terms of character models and writing. One of the more addictive ones out there. This sets a standard of what things should be.
To the dev, I'd even fund you what's needed to make another game with the quality of this one and make some money together.
I have been saying this for a long time. Even if this story goes on through 3 years of game time, I will be following it like a starving puppy following a steak on a string.
Ok the 3some with Jenna and Jolina. Heaven. Hope that becomes a regular thing lol.
