The "WOS 0.13.8 (ANDROID COMPATIBILITY).apk" is the android version (it's updated here on fap-nation in the downloads, should work for you.

No offence, but the art style is just awful. The proportion is not right either. It's like he also hired another artist for Background. The character & the BG just don't match together at all.
