I build the game with different setting so unity won't create the .dll you mentioned. It was certainly not a virus but some configuration .dll when Burst AOT setting was turned on in the unity engine, so I turned it off. Thank you for reporting and try again, new links are working with this latest build.
Constant patreon links make the game annoying to play.
Can you please be more specific which ones disturb you the most, ideally by a screenshot send to our e-mail [email protected] To keep the game development running we can't remove the patreon references, patreons are the only thing that enable us to release the game free and create new content. We are open to constructive ideas.

We definitely want to add pregnancy into the game like you said. I can't promise exactly when as our patrons are voting for sex scenes, but within next 3-6 months there is a high chance to have first pregnancy in the game.
Maybe try and run the game stead of eating our phone?
