You play as a protagonist who is short on money to cover all your living expenses, so you decided to join the Kabebutt Show because of the massive prize pool. You called one of your girl best friends to join you on stage. There is a wall with five holes where only the butts of five women—including your best friend—are visible, and you need to play with each girl to examine them closely.

Each round, you have to choose a woman to eliminate, but the ultimate goal is not to choose your best friend until the very last round. If you pick her early, you lose the jackpot, and you will still have to fuck her right in front of a live studio audience out of your own will, taking home only a consolation prize of ¥100,000.
