Welcome to the Mind Shackles.

You are not a savior. You are the Hunter. Hidden deep within an inescapable dungeon, proud warriors, noble heroines, and defiant targets are brought before you. Your objective is not to kill them, but to claim them. “Mind Shackles” is a dark tactical RPG that blends calculated turn-based combat with ruthless psychological exploitation.

THE CORE EXPLOITATION LOOP (COMBAT)
In this game, targets defend themselves with three mental barriers: Logic, Pride, and Shame. Combat is not a visual novel; it is a strict tactical engine.

The Umbrella Rule: You cannot blindly assault a single mental barrier. You must systematically balance and chip away all shields to the 50% threshold before striking the core.
Dynamic Shields: Breaking a shield does not cause physical armor destruction. Shields can and will regenerate (reinforce) during combat.
Visual Progression: Visual changes and physical degradation during combat are tied strictly to the target’s Willpower bar and Phase transitions.
Risk vs. Reward: Channel your Dark Energy (DE) to execute a guaranteed ‘Safe Hit’, or gamble with a heavy ‘Assault’. Failed assaults trigger a ‘Mind Backlash’, punishing you with severe DE loss.
Shield Resonance (Enrage): Unbalanced shields empower the target. If one shield remains significantly higher than the rest, the target gains passive abilities (Mental Drain, Armor Piercing, or Paranoia/Reinforce).
Synergy Strikes & QTE: Successfully striking marked shields triggers a ‘Blind Interrogation’. The screen blacks out, forcing you to answer a memory-based question about the combat state to bypass the Umbrella Rule and deal massive core damage.
THE NERVE CENTER (HUB OF EXPLOITATION):
Every broken mind feeds your power, but raw power requires clinical management. Your Hub is the control room of their degradation. Here, you monitor your accumulated Corruption Points (CP) (That you can spend on market) and track the target’s collapsing Willpower. Utilize the ‘Meditate’ protocol to replenish your Dark Energy for the next assault, but calculate the risk: granting them a moment of peace allows their Willpower to partially recover. Assess the statistics, manage your resources, and press ‘Engage’ to resume the psychological execution.

PACT SYSTEM
Your Hub is the control room where you prepare for the next psychological execution.

The Duality: Before engaging in combat, you can sign demonic Pacts to bend the rules of reality. Pacts like Price of Greed or Glass Sword grant immense power but introduce devastating vulnerabilities.
100% HAND-CRAFTED ART: What you play here is completely free. We do not hold back. Furthermore, in an era of mass-produced content, 100% of our character visuals, CGs, and combat animations are meticulously hand-crafted by us. We only utilize AI as a background tool for UI elements and sound effects, ensuring our creative energy is focused entirely on the characters.

THE DUNGEON (POST-COMBAT & ECONOMY)
The Dungeon phase occurs strictly after a successful combat subjugation.

The Clicker Economy: The Dungeon houses a dedicated kinetic clicker system. This is the only way to farm Corruption Points (CP) in dungeon to manually unlock new positions on the Market
Kinetic Scroll Control: Dungeon animations do not play automatically. You dynamically control the exact speed and playback using your mouse scroll wheel.
The Climax Protocol: Pushing the animation speed fills a vertical Climax Bar. Triggering it locks the animation to explicit frames featuring screen-shaking impacts and bespoke audio effects.

Installation:
Download the provided .zip file to your computer.
Extract the entire contents of the .zip archive into a new, empty folder. (Do not attempt to run the .exe directly from inside the compressed .zip file, as the game engine will fail to load its assets).
Open the extracted folder and double-click MindShackles.exe to launch the game.
