I don’t think you can.
Half of the time, incest patch or mod patch are already in the Android version of games. Not sure for this one, just try to install and start a new game. If right at the start it says the woman who open the door is your mother, then the incest patch is already in the game. If it says she’s a family friend, you need to install the patch.
If you play the game through JoiPlay.
You can use the pc version on android. and install the patch.. like on pc.
