While this gives you pretty few money, it makes you stressed and bored.

Installation:

4. Extract all files and run SpaLife.exe
5. The game needs 2x of the download size on your disk!

The anal beads for all 3 girls were implemented and are now fully functional
The game got a story mode, it is enabled by default on existing savegames
On new games you can choose to enable it (prompt)
Story mode (or FAP mode, the old play style) can be toggled in game (right click menu -> game settings)

- The other girls will get their story in upcoming updates
